Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open the Big Rig Butler app and sign in.
- Tap Settings at the bottom.
- Scroll down to Delete my account and tap it.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete everything.
The account is erased right away. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and email address.
- Your truck profile, saved places and settings kept in your account.
- Your bills of lading, hours-of-service log, fuel log and trailer records.
- Your road reports, parking reports, dock ratings and delivery location notes.
What we may keep
If you joined the waitlist, your waitlist email is kept until you ask us to remove it. Payment records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons, once paid plans exist, are kept only as long as the law requires.
No phone handy? Ask us
Email us at bigrigbutlersupport@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
